Believe and you will achieve!

Yup, that's right!! Believe in yourself and your life and you will go far!! You will meet your goals, maybe even exceed them!!  That's what I am doing, and I feel so much better!! I have more energy, more self confidence, feel more self worth and just plain feel better for myself! To date I have lost 25.2 lbs in 86 days!  I plan to start my 2nd 90-day challenge this weeks!!  I look forward to supporting those who have signed on with me as well as those who will sign on!!  So, are you next?!

Bettering myself!!!

It has only taken me 4 years, but I am FINALLY learning to make myself a priority!  Yes I know I have said I was doing so before, but honestly, I don't think I was.  I took the plunge 84 days ago and started the Visalus Nutritional shakes and joined the Body by Vi Challenge.  So far I have lost 21.8 lbs.  I am so pleased with my results and couldn't be happier!!  I have been so very luck to have found and awesome Mentor with whom I am very pleased to call a friend!! With her encouragement I signed on to be a promoter and couldn't be happier!!

 I have also signed up some friends and am excited to help them along their journey with finding nutrition, losing weight or both!! I hope to find more who are willing and wanting to better them selves!!!  If that's you, PLEASE feel free to contact me!!

Kindergarten

Well, it's official, i am the mother of a Kindergartener. Kanin didn't sleep great last night, he never really did say why, but I think it had to do with nerves. He was up from 320-515 off and on. I did get a message from his teacher saying he was doing ok, just needed alot of redirection. This is quite normal for him, because no matter what we do for him, he is a busy boy. I have been a nervous wreck all day and tear up out of the blue. Jesse and I did take Korbyn out to dinner, and surprisingly enough, he is doing ok, just asked where Kanin is a few times.

One week...

One week from now, I am sure you will find me pacing the halls worrying about Kanin's first day of school the next day. I am sure he will do fine, but this mom has a lot of worries and fears!! Look out Mrs Cook and class, Kanin is on his way to Kindergarten!!

Been awhile, again...

Once again it has been awhile since I posted, so much for being a regular poster! Oh well!! Summer has come and is virtually gone before our eyes!! It hasn't been that great of a summer, primarily because of the flooding, rain and cool start. We did enjoy our summer despite it all. The biggest downer was the cancelling of the state fair, but the boys didn't know our plans to go, so we made their yearly check up in Bismarck a 2 day trip and hit the zoo, stayed in a motel and had fun. I suppose I better add that the last few weeks have been kind of discouraging because our apartment is wet due to the rain. First it was just the boys' room, but last Tuesday it ended up being my room as well as the living room, so we have been staying with mom and dad, waiting for it to dry.

On the ups, well, we have been busy, we have made a couple of zoo trips, went to Grand Forks a few times with Jesse, went to the country fair a couple of days, went back to MN with Jesse to meet his family, and Jesse has spent most of his time off here with us. Kanin has learned how to ride his bike without training wheels and they have spent a lot of time riding their powerwheels over at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Speaking of Grandma and Grandpa, we also helped them move into a new house this summer!! It has been very exciting and we all love their new place!! We are all very excited to have Bumpy feeling so much better and even more excited to see he is walking again!!

Of course the big upcoming news is that Kanin will be starting Kindergarten in a week and a half! He seems like his ready, but me, not so much!! We will see how it goes!!

Finally!!!

I'm excited to say that Korbyn is finally potty trained!! No more diapers and only pull-ups at naptime/bedtime!! Five years in a row with diapers and we are diaper free!! YAY!!!!!
